Riverside Management
Riverside is Owned and Managed by American Real Estate Partners. It was acquired in early 2011. Lisa Coulter is the Senior Property Manager for the site. The Chief Building Engineer, Eric Pfaffenberger, has been on-site for the last ten years servicing the still original four office tenants.

Fitness Center
The building offers a fitness center for tenant use which overlooks the plaza and canal walk. It is outfitted with current cardio and strength-training equipment, locker rooms with shower and restroom. Contact your Property Manager to request access to the facility.
